Vandana and Sunil Dwivedi, frustrated by the gap between affordable fashion and genuine self-expression, began sketching ideas at their kitchen table. The vision: bold graphics for bold people.
Market research across Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities revealed a clear demand — young Indians wanted fashion that reflected their culture, anime obsessions, and street identity, not just western imports.
The name, the logo, the design language — everything crystallised in 2024. Fraunces for heritage. Manrope for modernity. Gold and ink. Bold. Loud. Yours. A brand built to last decades.
Supplier partnerships locked in across UP and Maharashtra. Quality standards defined. The first sample collection stitched, tested, and refined. The entire platform built from scratch in Cawnpore.
April 2026 — D.PRA is incorporated in Uttar Pradesh and launched to the world. From a kitchen-table dream in Cawnpore to a registered fashion company. The journey has only just begun.
