The Process

Step-by-step Return Guide

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your Raudraa account → go to My Orders → select the item → click Request Return / Exchange. Fill in the reason and upload a photo if the item is damaged.

Schedule Pickup

Once your return is approved (within 2–4 hours), our courier partner will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup slot. Keep the item packed in original packaging with tags intact.

Quality Check

Once we receive the item at our Cawnpore warehouse, our quality team inspects it within 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the check is complete.

Refund or Exchange Processed

Your refund is initiated to the original payment method, or the exchange item is dispatched — whichever you chose. You'll receive a confirmation SMS and email immediately.

Wrong Item Delivered	Yes	Full refund or replacement at no cost
Item with Signs of Use	No	Used, washed or altered items are not accepted

Innerwear & Socks — for hygiene reasons, these categories are strictly non-returnable
Customized / Personalized Items — products with custom printing, embroidery or monogramming
Clearance Sale Items — items purchased under "Final Sale" or clearance categories
Gift Cards & Vouchers — digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable
Items returned after 7 days — returns initiated beyond the 7-day delivery window
